Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and prospects for new business through various means including cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Schedule and conduct thorough property inspections for pests and termites
• Time management: arrive on time for all office-scheduled appointments and company meetings
• Educate customers on pest and/or termite control issues and recommend solutions to resolve problems
• Prepare solutions based proposals and quotes for customers based on inspection findings and preventative measures
• Close sales to meet revenue targets and achieve company goals.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements to provide customers with the most current solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work 40 hours (more during our busy season) including weekends if needed
• Knowledge of pest and termite identification and treatment options is a plus, but not necessary as training is provided
• Computer and technology literate

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, and work in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
