Territory Sales Manager
The key objective of the Territory Sales Manager is to grow incremental and new sales for the business while simultaneously reducing customer turnover. The Territory Sales Manager provides leadership to the project coordinators. They motivate and encourage the project coordinator to ensure quotas are met.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
Build creative sales strategies focused on customer satisfaction and generating revenue for the business.
Participate in tradeshows, sales workshops, sales seminars, and events on behalf of the business.
Develop and build relationships and partnerships by being attentive, service-oriented, friendly, helpful, and courteous to customers, colleagues, external partners, and so forth.
Develops and maintains knowledge of consumer, competitor, and market trends by staying up to date with industry best practices and standards through attending events and seminars, attending individual and group training programs, and reading industry publications and newsletters.
Collaborates with other department leaders to ensure strategies and objectives are aligned with the business’s overall objectives.
Train the new sales staff as the team grows.
Assign important tasks to the team, gauge staff’s performance, and make necessary changes to boost it.
Monitor the sales team’s performance and make tough decisions when necessary.
Prepare and submit performance reports to senior management.
Come up with unique ideas to help our brand maximize sales and build upon existing strategies that have provided great results in the past.
Maintain a smooth flow of feedback throughout the sales team and encourage an environment of constructive and healthy criticism.
Ensure an atmosphere of healthy competition within the team to motivate them while emphasizing teamwork.
Set realistic sales targets and motivate the sales staff to encourage an atmosphere of positivity.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Communication skills are a must-have for this position in both written and verbal forms.
Must be a great listener with the ability to clarify and resolve issues and concerns of external customers, senior personnel, internal customers, sales team, project coordinators, etc.
Possesses great interpersonal skills and is passionate and highly energetic in their work.
Self-motivated and works under minimal supervision.
Strong ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work well in group settings and remain calm under stressful scenarios and uncertainty.
Must possess an ability to build trust within a large and diverse environment.
Must be an approachable individual who is easy to get along with and can form long-lasting and meaningful relationships with others on behalf of the business.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
