Full description of the position

The ASR is responsible for working one on one with customers over the phone primarily or in person, mortgagee changes, auto updates, answering customer questions, resolving issues, completing applications, and taking claims, and must have experience, initiative, and ability to work independently without much direction.

Requirements:

THIS JOB TO BE WORKED REMOTELY MOST DAYS OF THE WEEK

• INSURANCE LICENSE necessary
• Have 3+ years office experience working in a professional office environment.
• Be ethical, professional, intelligent, energetic, friendly, and driven
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Have the following skills:
• critical thinking, excellent verbal and written communication, ability to work independently and multitask, and be organized
• High School Diploma
• Ability to work 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday

Our Preferred Candidate will have:

• A valid, current Maryland P&C insurance license
• Experience working with Erie and Travelers management system
• Bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
