Minimum 3 years Automotive sales management experience required for this position.

We seek a strong mentor to exceed the sales goals you set for our high volume, dynamic team. With your oversight and direction, you are the go-to person for negotiations, vehicle knowledge, leasing and business sourcing guidance. You have the keen awareness to immediately match inventory to customer needs while maximizing profit on every deal. You’ll set the standard for the same efficiency of your sales team!

The successful candidate will have proven sales management, presentation and relationship selling skills. We require excellent negotiating ability, strong networking skills, coaching acumen, computer literacy, and the drive to have your sales force known as the best in the area.
