Full description of the position

Integrated Magnetics is looking for customer service representatives to interact dealing with technical sales for new and existing projects involving electro-mechanical and magnetic assemblies and devices in the Tucson, AZ manufacturing plant. The company is receiving many high profile projects involving innovative technologies including examples from electric jet turbines, control rod actuators in use for nuclear applications, etc. The company is partially employee owned and candidates who stay with the company for the long term will receive shares in the company over time as part of the retirement benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

· Maintaining a professional and supportive role with both existing and potential customers.

· Spending time with customers after normal working hours, dinners, travelling, during customer visits to the Tucson, AZ facilities.

· Must be able to maintain an orderly conference room for guests.

· Must be able to communicate in a professional manner and setting.

· Communicate with customers from major corporations in a timely manner about progress and updates in a technical and manufacturing environment.

· Assist in entering sales orders and customer return material authorizations on an Enterprise Resource Planning system.

Minimum Qualifications

· Must have a valid driver’s license/ID, and passport.

· Must have a minimum of an associate degree from an accredited university or college in the United States.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to work for long periods of time.

· Must be able to pass a background check and be able to obtain a security clearance if requested for military, defense and DOE projects.

· Must be fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

· Background in catering, and/or customer service.

· An associate degree from an accredited college or university.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Salary

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
