As Sales Manager for the hotel, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve and exceed sales goals within your assigned market segments. Your role involves actively seeking out existing and potential clients through various methods, such as outside sales calls, on-site visits and sales tours, as well as community networking.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong energy and ambition, as well as excellent leadership skills.

• 2+ years of Sales Manager experience in a hotel environment
• Proficiency desired in Envision Sales Suite, Opera, Cvent, Sertifi
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• College degree or coursework in hospitality related field preferred
• Schedule flexibility
• Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Hilton experience is ideal
