Small accounting firm provides Employee Retention Tax Credit to small businesses throughout the United States. Through (4) COVID Laws, IRS is giving Employers up to $26,000 per employee and we are looking to hire motivated outbound sales representative to help us find and help eligible small employers obtain these dollars. We assist clients to obtain these refunds and we only bill if we are successful.

Position Description:
Position starts as a trainee where you will receive hands on training, guidance, support and tools to become successful at outbound sales via telephone/cold calling. There is a probationary period of 60 days from hire, with promotion potential based on performance. This is a base plus commission position and is responsible for engaging potential clients via phone, text, and email, in the goal of setting Accounting Tax Appointments with one of our knowledgeable Consultants. The initial employment period will be exclusively cold calling with the potential to elevate to selling and closing deals depending on aptitude. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cold call, text, or email potential clients.
- Explain our service and answer questions from clients.
- Provide brief IRS Tax Credit information to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Keep a detailed log of contacts in our company database.
- Build trust and rapport with clients
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing via text and email with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- 1 to 3 years sales and/or telemarketing experience or equivalent combination of education and sales
- Basic Microsoft computer skills, familiarity and ability to use and navigate various email, excel and video conferencing programs and applications
- At least one year of working with CRM or CRM programs required, experience with HubSpot highly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish speaking highly desired
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time and climb stairs.
- Able to perform various tasks via computer and phone
Salary:
- Hourly rate of $20/HR PLUS monthly commission
This position is an in office position, our office is located in Livermore, CA
