You will be setting appointments for software demos of our product, Construct CRM, using a predictive dialer. Your appointments will be closed for you by our closing team. All you need to do is set the quality appointment. Construct CRM is an industry leading all-in-one easy-to-use CRM software with features including Proposals, Contracts Invoicing, Scheduling, Dispatch, and customer financing to home improvement contractors.

We offer strong commissions, weekly start dates on Mondays or next business day after holiday. All leads, tools and training provided. We close your deals for you. Growth opportunities available after you hit quota 2 months you may qualify to be promoted to an Account Executive and earn a base salary, full benefits, and stock options.

We are a VC backed tech startup that is looking for sales people who:

• Want to be part of a startup and are adaptable to how fast things move
• Have experience selling Saas
• Can easily understand Home Improvement Contractors
• Can easily understand CRMs
• Are willing to put in the work for the reward

Responsibilities

• Make 100-200 out bound calls daily
• Set 2-3 meetings per day
• Pipeline Management

Qualifications

• Experience Cold Calling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
