Job Summary: The Inspector Sales Associate will be responsible for inspecting 5-8 homes per day, identifying issues on the property, and selling the appropriate services to address the customers' needs. This role will primarily focus on selling Sentricon termite Monitoring, Rodent exclusions, Attic remediations, top-offs, as well as moisture control solutions such as Vapor barriers and Encapsulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run a preassigned route and ensure timely arrival at customer locations.
• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify pest-related issues and other concerns.
• Educate customers about the identified issues and recommend suitable pest control services.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of various services to potential customers.
• Prepare accurate and detailed service proposals for customers and obtain their agreement.
• Close sales and achieve assigned sales targets within designated territories.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pest control products, techniques, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
• Maintain proper documentation of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales contracts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pest control industry.
• Knowledge of pest control products and techniques is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of construction or remediation processes is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales successfully.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to travel to customer locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $72,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
