Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including documentation, due diligence, closing, and post-closing activities.
• Provide assistance in the analysis and valuation of investment properties.
• Ensure effective and timely communication with clients, attorneys, and other relevant parties.
• Coordinate and manage property inspections, appraisals, and other operational activities.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and legislation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial real estate and investment property management.
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to evaluate real estate opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in real estate industry software.
• Must be a self-starter with a high degree of initiative and creativity.
