We're on the hunt for an outside sales representative to join the Storm Guard team, one of Florida's premiere roofing companies. As our outside sales representative, you'll be out and about, meeting new people while canvassing neighborhoods for storm damage. You will be helping fellow Floridians find the perfect roofing solution for their needs. You'll be the ultimate problem solver, armed with all the knowledge and resources you need to close great deals and make happy customers.

But don't worry, we don't expect you to be an expert in roofing sales right off the bat. We'll provide you with all the training and resources you need to succeed. All we ask is that you bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow with us.

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate leads by door knocking and canvassing neighborhoods

- Inspecting roofs for potential damage. (Must be comfortable climbing roofs!)

- Contact and schedule meetings with potential new customers Introduce roofing services, assess customer needs, and provide accurate quotes

- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and potential customers

- Diligent customer follow-up & follow-through

WHAT WE OFFER:

High Income Potential: Average reps earn $70K+ while our top reps earn more than $110K annually with commissions, bonuses, sales contest rewards and incentives.

COMPENSATION:

- Training Phase Base salary: $650 per week + 3% of gross sales (uncapped)

- Commission: 10% of gross sales (uncapped) after training phase

- Bonus: $3,000 for $500,000 in gross revenue, $7,500 for $1,000,000 in gross revenue

Salary: $72,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
