JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
The Business Development Contracts Administrator is a support role with the Business Development team at American Landscape Inc.
Essential Functions

- Manage and administer all aspects of contract lifecycle including assisting the business developer with negotiating, reviewing contracts, requesting bonds and insurance information.
- Coordinate the with other departments within the Company to ensure various contract inputs are provided timely and accurately.
- Interface with clients regarding contract correspondence.
- Set up and coordinate project hand off meetings with multiple departments.
- Monitoring and management of the Contract Outlook Inbox for new and revised contract information.
- Formatting and distribution of contracts to clients.
- Basic interpretation of Plans, Specifications and Project Labor Agreements (PLA).
- Fielding and Answering of Phone Calls from Clients, Vendors and other staff.
- Working directly with other departments to maintain and improve the flow of communication.
- Development of marketing packages for events and holidays.
- Attendance at marketing events.
- Occasional overtime and weekend work.
- Supply and Marketing material development.
- Development of professional relationships with clients.
Essential/Required Abilities:
· 1-year previous construction administration or other construction related experience.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
· Basic negotiation skills.
· Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented.
· Must be professional in appearance and actions.
· Punctual and dependable.
· Ability to multitask.
· Computer and typing efficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, Bluebeam.
· Ability to work effectively with individuals of differing backgrounds, knowledge and skill levels.
· Ability to understand and follow instructions; carry out responsibility for direction, control and planning.
· College degree preferred but not required.

Required Education and Experience
College Degree preferred but not required. 1 Year or previous construction related experience preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
