Job Description

· DNA Communications is an established telecommunication firm that builds and operates a fiber network in Northern Il. Serving residential, Business, Educational and Enterprise Business customers. We reach customers from our network as well as through partnership with other carriers.

Full Job Description:

· Ability to navigate large institutions and communicate with IT management/CIO/CTO to prepare quotes and advanced solutions they may need.

· This will require building relationships and navigating the following goals in order to priority.

o Understand the voice needs of each customer be it simple SIP or MGCP trunks to enable an exciting PBX or if can provide the PBX for the customer ourselves.

o Prepare proposals in a timely fashion.

o Prioritize projects on NET (our fiber) and partner networks, be able to provide complete solutions including internet.

o All categories are opportunities to sell management services.

· The ability to build, lead and manage a sales team.

· Team building skills

· Ability to give marketing feedback so they can better prepare tools that support sales.

· Demonstrate an ability to understand the solutions we offer with enough competence to carry the sales from prospecting to contract and teach the sales team to do the same.

· Clear reporting and planning can be provided to the executive team.

· Ability to work effectively with Salesforce.

· Ability to sell WAN services and dark fiber services to large customers- on Net as well as try to provide voice, data, pbx and managed services.

Minimum Requirements

· Valid driver’s license

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Problem-solving skills.

· Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
