REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING:
This role will cover the Orlando, FL region.
The person in this role will manage the sales and marketing of independent living and active adult living communities. They will create strategic initiatives to maximize admissions and build, grow, and maintain acceptable facility census levels.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include the following.
- Drive census in assigned independent living/active adult facilities, with additional facilities to be added per the growth of the company. Adjustments made on a case-by-case basis and communicated by direct supervisor.
- Manage facility level sales performance in conjunction with the facility team.
- Ensure compliance with marketing standards (lead generation, calls, tours, events, presentations) necessary to achieve census goals.
- Train facility-level Marketing Directors to develop more highly functioning and productive sales people. Keep the organization current on best-practice sales techniques.
- Hire and evaluate sales people based on the requirements of the sales team, namely the generation of census.
- Oversee and review the sales and marketing quarterly planning process.
- Routinely analyze and report on trends and challenges in independent living and active senior facilities or markets and provide feed-back to both regional and facility level sales performance.
- Assist in training the managers for weekend back up coverage in MOD Rotation.
- Coach each community team how to most efficiently manage move in’s and move out’s to achieve maximum revenue.
- Update competitive analysis twice a year and sales and marketing plan quarterly or as needed with market changes.
- Report any issues or problems that may arise to the Administrator
- Comply with state, federal, and all other applicable health care and safety standards
- Assist families and other visitors as needed
- Attend/complete required in-services and other required meetings
- Perform weekend manager duties as required
- Perform other duties as directed
CRITICAL OBJECTIVES
- Demonstrate knowledge of, and set an example of the PLC culture throughout the team
- Earn the respect and confidence of the executive team
- Lead direct reports in a most diligent and developmental manner to ensure optimal results
- Grow the professional capabilities of each team member
- Maintain strong oversight of technical areas within the facility
- Enhance, update, and maintain policies and procedures for the facility
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare business development role and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in a long-term care setting is preferred
- Must maintain a valid drivers’ license in the applicable state
