The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by making initial contact with potential customers and educate them on the impact our products can have on their organization. The Business Development Representative is a pivotal role in identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities, securing new accounts and turning leads into prospects.

What you'll be doing:

• Master the identification of relevant prospects at target companies
• Initiate connections with target prospects using industry best practices utilizing phone, email and social channels
• Skillfully build interest and create qualified opportunities with new prospects
• Be an expert on our product and able to passionately explain how CXtec can make an impact on our customers’ businesses
• Provide support to Sales through the development of qualified leads and opportunities that result in closed business
• Position yourself to understand the needs of potential customers

What we're looking for:

• Associate degree. In lieu of degree must have at least two years of sales experience in a quota bearing position and/or appointment setting experience
• Positivity, passion and creativity
• Must be coachable and be able to apply new concepts quickly
• Engaging individual with excellent phone communication skills, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to speak with IT professionals, including CEOs, VP’s and Directors and ask thought-provoking questions
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
• Persistence and resiliency
