Job Description

· Responsible to identify & develop new distributors and dealers for Homecare & Hospital care, Respiratory care products

· Should visit secondary distributors and hospitals, building connections with Hospital purchase managers, and decision-makers for the sale of hospital care products.

· Should have good contacts with top pulmonologists, Diabetic, Cardio doctors & Hospitals

· Candidate should have knowledge of E-commerce, OTC, Pharma company Distributors & Sales market process workflow.

· Should have good contacts with top retail pharmacies in the assigned region and the ability to perform sales numbers in a short time.

· The first touch point for dealers & distributors for queries regarding after sale, can check from his/her side to try to resolve and based on discretion need to send an inquiry to the HQ service department.

· Management of Dealers and distributor networks of their respective region

· Candidate should have good presentation skills and should be able to give first-hand training to end users.

· Distribution Channel Management and Corporate Hospitals and Client management

· New Channel partner identification and market and sales expansion of the company’s product.

· Observe market sentiments and plan & execute sales expansion as per demand

· Represent the company in conferences, Medical Fairs, or trade Exhibitions also plan and execute marketing activities like BTL activity in coordination with the Marketing team.

· Single touch point to different sales and market-related issues.

Candidate Profile

· Should have previous working experience in the Medical Devices industry and must be well-versed in sales of medical devices/equipment

· Candidates with technical service knowledge & experience working will be added advantage

· Develop new clientele and maintain a good repo with clients.

· Good at Price Negotiation with Customer

· Willingness to travel and need to cover the assigned area.

· Experience: 2 to 8 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Monthly bonus
• Yearly bonus

Experience:

• medical equipment sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
