Now Hiring - Wastequip - Manufacturing Regional Sales Manager - West Region in Ontario, CA

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales activity within specified territory;
• Responsible for proactively seeking new business and maintaining established relationships in private and municipal/county markets, preparing proposals, administering presentations, negotiating, and controlling all aspects of the sale;
• Attend trade shows and industry association meetings, including evening meetings;
• Identify, forecast and track new and existing accounts using SalesForce CRM software.
• Position requires frequent overnight travel;
• Manage dealer network, where appropriate, providing sales support and training;
• Provide high degree of customer satisfaction and “after the sale" support.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience;
• 5+ years of proven sales experience – waste industry preferred;
• Ability to speak publicly, negotiate and close the sale to all levels of management;
• Basic competency on laptop PC and smart communications devices;
• Ability to work independently but able to work effectively in a team environment
