Job Title: Broker Support Specialist

Location: Vancouver WA USA 98683

Duration: 08/14/2023 to 09/23/2023 (might be extended or converted in to perm)

Work Setting: Onsite; Hours: M-F 8:30-5pm with 30 minute lunch; Parking is free

Pay Range: $23.00/hr - $24.75/hr

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two or more years’ experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations.
• Real Estate background.
• Comfortable working on computer and computer applications with advanced level proficiency in Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Proficient and skilled in social media applications including FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, company web pages, MLS.
• Creative problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the onboarding support for newly affiliated sales associates to ensure they are set up on and understand Company systems. Provide support and guidance for all sales associates regarding usage of company systems.
• Provide basic social media and marketing support.
• Provide instruction and support on office systems including ordering business cards, name badges and other miscellaneous tasks.
• Assist with general office appearance, repair issue and equipment maintenance.
