We are currently hiring an Inside Sales Rep in Campbell, CA.

The ideal candidate has/is:

• An understanding or experience with building materials or residential construction and is looking for a long term employer they can grow with.
• If you’ve been in construction and you’re looking to transition out of the field this is a great opportunity to continue to use your experience and expertise.
• Someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge and helping others
• Comfortable with computers / technology (you don’t need to be an expert, but you’re working on a computer all day to serve the customers and keep track of your orders)
• A team player who understands how to get along with different personality types
• Reliable. When you say you’ll be there - you show up or communicate in advance

The ideal candidate will have:

• Past experience with building materials or construction supplies is highly preferred
• Exposure to the construction industry and construction products is very helpful
• BisTrack or similar experience is a bonus
• Solid math skills or construction math knowledge is very helpful

Responsibilities + Opportunities:

• Gain and maintain knowledge of our building material selection so you can provide insight to customers on choices and pricing
• Quote material lists for customers
• Assist customers that walk in, call in, submitting online orders, or need help in store aisles
• Keep customers apprised of delivery and special order status
• Conduct sales with walk-in customers, including start-to-finish transactions with cash customers (from writing order to accepting payment)
