Full-time Client Relationship Manager

OakHeart Financial Group, a Private Wealth Advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial, is hiring for a full-time position in our active office. Expected hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM

As Client Relationship Manager, you will support our advisors and work directly with our clients in the financial planning process.

Areas of responsibility include, but aren’t limited to, the following:

· Attend and participate in client meetings

· Provide follow-up documentation and responses to clients and associated professionals, including all meeting summary letters and correspondence

· Act as a liaison with clients on implementation strategies and advisor recommendations

· Case preparation and analysis

· Process trading for securities, mutual funds, exchange traded funds, annuities, cash instruments, variable life and money movement as needed

· Assist in completing and processing paperwork

· Provide compliance documentation

· Attend marketing and client appreciation events

· Attend conferences deemed necessary for professional development

· Broad knowledge and experience with computers

· Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as required by advisor, Ameriprise Financial and FINRA

Education and Experience

· Minimum High School degree required, college degree preferred.

· Series 7, Series 66 and Life and Health Insurance licenses or willingness to obtain

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
