About the role- Leader/Coach

• Work with other leaders and company team members
• Hold daily training for your team
• Cultivate a competitive environment, it's your job to amp up your team and get them pumped for the day
• Train new recruits
• Participate in interviews for new recruits
• Close deals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
