Our team of like-minded entrepreneurs focuses on developing highly successful customized new customer acquisition programs for nationally recognized brands throughout the Inland Empire. To continue to meet client demand, we are hiring an Entry Level Account Manager Trainee to join our team immediately. The Entry Level Account Manager Trainees should be competitive, collected, professional, and comfortable with all modes of communication. Our team of dedicated leaders ensures all new Managers receive the training and mentorship necessary to rapidly grow within our firm.

Entry Level Account Manager Trainee Primary Duties:

• Qualify, educate, and enroll individuals into plans that meet the consumer’s needs
• Adhere to compliance and training requirements to offer appropriate products
• Aide in fostering a cohesive, team-oriented environment while understanding and enforcing our cultural
• Assist the management team in exceeding established goals for the branch by driving sales revenue and increasing customer retainment
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience
• Stay current on our client’s products, services, and sales by participating in meetings, conferences, zoom calls, and networking events
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of each department’s (e.g., Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
• Gaining knowledge of our company policies, protocols, and processes to embrace our mission fully

Entry Level Account Manager Trainee Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Superior communication skills in both a group and one-on-one setting
• A drive to uphold the highest standards of customer service to both our clients and potential donors
• A natural ability to think on your feet and problem-solve as things arise
• A strong desire to be in a leadership role and further develop your business skills
• Experience in any type of sales, business management, leadership, brand ambassador, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required
• Experience following compliance standards preferred
• Experience with inventory management, tracking sales, or merchandising preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
