Full description of the position

Finalize, plan and coordinate group events especially the social and small meeting markets. Coordinates groups sold by the sales team and ensures contractual obligations are met by completing contracts, collecting and posting payments, detailing client food, beverage, audio-visual and meeting room set up needs and guest room commitments.

This position has high client contact which then is translated into considerable paperwork through the use of the CRM and computer applications.

POSTOAK Lodge & Retreat is set on 1,000 acres in the rolling hills of Osage County. Seven miles (just 10 minutes) northwest of downtown Tulsa, it is the premier setting for corporate meetings and retreats, weddings, family reunions and special events. POSTOAK features 13,000 SF of meeting space and 60 guest rooms spread out over eight lodges. Guests enjoy fishing, swimming, hiking, volleyball, horseshoes and the POSTOAK Canopy Tours Zipline adventure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
