Hybrid position

Join our client’s team, an award-winning national law firm, currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Business Development and Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity within a top mid-sized California law firm, where you will be challenged and given the chance to make a significant impact.

As the Manager of Business Development and Marketing, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's broad business development and marketing efforts. This is a hybrid position that can be based in Los Angeles, Oakland, San Diego, or Sacramento, giving you the flexibility to work in a location that suits your lifestyle.

What you will be doing as a Business Development and Marketing Manager:
Development of collateral materials, including group descriptions, attorney biographies, practice area capability statements, web content, and proposal contents.

• Development of marketing pitch and proposal materials.
• Marketing strategies, plans, projects, and branded events.
• Profile-raising activities such as events/webinars, community involvement, conference participation, rankings, and directories.

What you bring to the table as a Law Firm Business Development and Marketing Manager:

• A background in a law firm is an absolute must. You resume will not be accepted with out it. We are looking for candidates who understand the unique dynamics of the legal industry.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• 7-10 years of experience in a law firm setting is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
