Oakhurst Hospice & Palliative Care is accepting resumes for the position of Community Liaison. The area of service includes Ventura County, Malibu and San Fernando Valley.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work to develop and execute market positioning and strategy of Oakhurst Hospice & Palliative Care.
Develop and implement all aspects of marketing plan including advertising, community outreach, sales, and special marketing events for community.
Monitor market competition, market conditions, and competitive services/products in marketing area.
Drives and supports the marketing communications and community relations programs for the community, including but not limited to: trade shows, special events, community seminars, charitable associations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years marketing and sales experience required.
Hospice, Home Health, Hospitality, Healthcare, Senior Living, or Skilled Nursing sales experience is required.
Solid track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.
Comfort with Public Speaking.
Experience with revenue management and development of pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
Solid marketing background in the areas of advertising, community relations, special events and networking.
Exceptional oral communication and presentation skills, with the proven ability to effectively communicate the company's vision, competitive advantage and strategies.
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to work successfully with marketing, operations and cross-functional teams.
Drives operational excellence through the organization.
Experience using competitive analysis tools, understand what the data means and the ability to turn the information into productive action plans and solutions.
Superior customer service orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
