- Uther introduced the first-ever magnetic golf bag, which is patent pending and showcases their innovative approach to golf equipment.
- Currently, Uther is looking to hire three department leads, specifically a Director of Operations, a Director of Sales, and a Director of E-commerce.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration for Uther's golf products.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities, aligning them with Uther's overall business objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including golf retailers, pro shops, and distribution partners, to expand Uther's market presence and increase sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive the sales team's professional development through training programs, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative sales techniques to continuously improve Uther's sales processes and effectiveness.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- Proactive and decisive leader who takes initiative and inspires others to excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Compensation:
As a Co-Founder, you will receive a significant equity stake in the business, which is currently valued at 8 figures or more. While we focus on growing the business in the first year, the cash compensation will be on the lower end, with substantial salary increases as the company expands.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $600.00 - $1,800.00 per month
