Ashworth Awards is expanding! We have increased our fully "Made in USA" product line and manufacturing space considerably, so are looking to further grow our team starting with the sales department.

You should be able to communicate effectively in person, over the telephone, and via e-mail. You must be comfortable with customer outreach including but not limited to cold calling and be ready to travel to trade shows and industry conferences. Having experience working with contact management/sales software, the full Google Suite apps and Netsuite/Oracle software is a plus.

Tasks:

• Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of Ashworth Awards products and/or services.
• Responsible for drafting all documents required for the sales process and following protocols set for the sales department.
• Responsible for the planning of trade show booths and artwork for e-blasts and pulling of all samples/supplies required for trade shows and the travel & interaction required for such trade shows.
• Encouraged and expected to interact with customers and leads utilizing phone, email and social media pages.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• One's main goal is to expand the company's customer base and profit to later increase one's own commission through commission pay, incentive pay, and incentive opportunities.

Not a Retail Position. Bachelor's degree in a fitting major or non-retail sales experience required.

Shown salary range is starting plus commission. $45,000-$50,000 starting, commission earnings on new customers once independent.
