Logix Sales Managers are responsible for growing the store through pre-owned vehicle sales

Develop meaningful relationships with new and existing clients.

Interview, hire, train, and manage our sales team on daily work plans.

Conduct Monthly Sales Review and training needs assessment.

Establish and monitor monthly performance of sales team.
Responsible for managing sales process, credit applications, discussing purchase options, contracting all clients in our DealerSocket CRM,
Daily collection calls for past sales

Daily social media and marketing management required.

Respond to all leads in a professional and timely manner.

Bilingual in Spanish is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,879.24 - $127,410.30 per year
