Your transition to TECH SALES starts here. Intaker is a hyper-growth technology startup headquartered in Los Angeles. We build innovative software tools for law firms to automate their client intake. We are looking for a competent Sales Development Representative to join our energetic team, one who is passionate about learning, growth and tech.

SDR Career growth at Intaker:

  • The SDR program at Intaker is designed to take junior SDRs' careers to the next level within 12-18 months of joining. The growth plan includes three promotions every 4-6 months before graduating from SDR to Account Executive. SDR promotions consist of raising compensation, new responsibilities, and higher quotas. The promotion requirements are simple: Exceed the quota and help your peers exceed theirs.

Sales Development Training & Ramp-up:

  • First 7 days: Get to know the product suite and understand the sales ops.
  • First 30 days: Master lead qualification methods and responding to advance objections.
  • First 60 days: More coaching and Ramp up to your quota.
  • First 90 days: Learn to unlearn and start coaching other juniors.

SDR Responsibilities:

  • Multi-channel cold outreach at least 80+ prospects a day
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM
  • Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities/meetings set
  • Train junior SDRs after a few months of joining
  • Constantly raise the bar and improve performance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, communication or a related field
  • Prior work experience that demonstrates dependability, work ethic, and strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

  • Base Salary Plus Commission & Bonus
  • Base Salary: $47,000 - $50,000
  • On target earnings: $60,000 - 65,000
