Worldview Construction is seeking an experienced Remodeling Sales/ Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and estimating, a basic knowledge of construction materials and methods, and exceptional customer service skills. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for estimating, selling, and managing diverse construction projects and handyman services throughout King county area.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with potential clients in their homes to discuss their project needs and provide accurate estimates of the cost and timeline for the project.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts for potential clients, negotiating terms as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, including new materials, products, and building codes.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure accurate pricing and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and project progress, including updating project files and communicating with team members.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sales and estimating, preferably in the residential construction industry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
