DMC Recruitment Group is working with a leading building materials supplier to hire a District Sales Manager for North and South Carolina.

Our client:

Our client is an established manufacturer supplying the construction and renovation industries across North America. They have unique products which they sell to a variety of channels. They have well developed clients and strong relationships with those clients. They have strong leadership, a well established business and are growing.

The role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clients but mostly building new relationships. This job requires a strong Sales Manager who is a hunter who can be committed to travel including overnights. They will work directly with architects and contractors to drive sales for the distribution partner. This role will also be accountable for educating and training distribution sales representatives on the products to help drive sales in the region.

The candidate:
If you have experience with working for a manufacturer and two-step distribution as well as have experience launching new products or new product lines, then this is the role for you. The candidate must be able to work independently, be very well organized and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with their clients.
