The Point Insurance is a bilingual (Spanish/English) agency that has been around over 20 years. Our mission is to show our clients the value of insurance. We believe in providing the clients the right tools and information in order to provide the best value to them. We are seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Manager to join our team in servicing our existing clients and welcoming our new clients. We need a person strong in customer service/sales and focused on helping our clients. Insurance experience is preferred but not required. Candidate must be Bilingual: English/Spanish & if not licensed, must be willing to get a license within 3 months of Hire.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Counsel and advise prospect clients on matters of insurance protection and coverage.
• Obtain information, complete quotes and applications (Acords) and finalize sales submission.
• Cross-sell to existing and new accounts, and package insurance policies. Client satisfaction must be a priority.
• Provides service to existing clients including but not limited to issuing of certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related items.
• Communicate directly with clients, real estate agents, escrows, mortgagees and insurance companies.
• Keep accurate and detailed records in our management system (TAM).
• Accomplish company production goals

Requirements:

• Willing to get a current California P&C license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Familiar working with management systems.
• Experience working with commercial lines companies and general agents preferred but not required.
• Team player, responsible, able to multi-task under pressure.
• Punctual, honest and reliable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $32.00 per hour
