Transportation/Supply Chain/Logistics Experience Required

The Director of Enterprise Sales & Marketing (DESM) is responsible for revenue growth by expanding the client base thru direct sales and marketing. The position manages the Sales and Logistics Department staff, working effectively with other departments and developing a general, but complete understanding of all company functions and processes. This is a hybrid position. Must report to the office as required.

A few things to know about this opportunity:

• Hybrid position. Onsite work is required.
• Flex-Scheduling, 1st shift, 40+ hours per week
• Half Day Fridays (off by 1pm)
• Business Casual Dress Code

Metrics:

• Contribute individually annual $75,000 in new business revenue and a pipeline of $1.25 million always
• Ensure overachievement of individual contributors
• Enter all data into CRM within one week of action
• Complete assigned company objectives (Rock) at no less than 80%
• Zero complaints from new or existing clients (performance complains)

Previous Work Experience: Normally five plus years of previous work experience is required to meet job standards. Transportation/Supply Chain/Logistics sales experience required.

Education or Experience: This position must possess a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or five plus years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Proficiency: Intermediate proficiency on e-mail, spreadsheet, and word processing software required. Must be able to view, read, and send e-mail; create, edit, and print intermediate spreadsheets; and create, edit, and print documents.

Travel: Travel is required using a personal and/or company vehicle, generally territory covered is the United States and Canada, auto reimbursement provided per company policy.
