Full description of the position

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and goals
- Create and present design concepts, including mood boards, color schemes, and furniture layouts
- Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories for each project
- Develop detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
- Coordinate with contractors and oversee the construction or renovation process
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Provide guidance on lighting design and selection
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Strong knowledge of space planning, color theory, and materials selection
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Sales experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,756.00 - $71,450.00 per year
