Full description of the position

We are seeking a motivated and driven Territory Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within a defined geographic territory, building relationships with existing customers and identifying new prospects to increase sales.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Establish and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into regular clients.
• Continually analyze market trends and competitive landscape to ensure product positioning and pricing.
• Deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients and negotiate contracts that align with company strategies.
• Track sales activities and create reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing team to understand and promote our products/services effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Territory Manager or similar role in sales, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Compensation:

• $600 Monthly Car Allowance
• Base salary + 10% uncapped commissions
• First year earnings opportunity - $75,000-$100,000
