- Generate leads and actively seek out new catering opportunities in the local market.

- Present our catering services and menu offerings persuasively and professionally.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of catering orders.
- Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our client base.
- Track and report sales activities and results, consistently striving to meet and exceed targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in catering sales or business development, preferably within the hospitality or food industry.
- Strong knowledge and appreciation of Indian cuisine and its cultural significance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and secure contracts.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and clients simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to attend client meetings and events.
