• Proactively generate leads and actively prospect for potential roofing customers through various channels, such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations with homeowners or businesses to assess their roofing needs, identify any issues or concerns, and present appropriate roofing solutions.
• Educate customers on the advantages of different roofing materials, technologies, and maintenance options, emphasizing durability, energy efficiency, and long-term cost savings.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively highlighting the benefits and features of our roofing products and services to prospective customers.
• Prepare accurate and customized proposals, including detailed roofing specifications, pricing estimates, warranty information, and any available financing options.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to the roofing installation process, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns along the way.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using our CRM software.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging roofing technologies, and building codes to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, including revenue goals and the number of successful roofing projects.
• Foster long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and generating referrals for new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• A proven track record of sales success, preferably in the roofing industry or related fields.
• Previous door knocking experience is highly preferred, showcasing your ability to proactively engage with potential customers and generate leads.
• An exceptional understanding of roofing materials, installation techniques, and related products.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effortlessly build rapport and establish trust with customers.
