Responsibilities

As an Operations & Sales Support, RN, you will:

• Reviews each referral to ensure all documents are accurate for patient admission, will advise sales team in obtaining documentation
• Reviews and adheres to all Company policies and procedures and the Employee Handbook.
• Serves as the conduit between sales, operations, and clinical staff to appropriately admit patients – directly supports sales team
• Serves as an expert resource to the branches for patient intake/inquiries
• Collaborates with Sales and Operations Management to assist in meeting their business objectives - supporting/maximizing current business activities and future growth

Ensures sales team meets Company Compliance Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Expectations:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must have broad knowledge of home health agency regulatory requirements and administration, excellent proactive leadership skills, strong verbal/written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to implement effective change programs.
• Travel required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Approximate percent of time required to travel, local: 25%

Requirements:

• Nursing degree required with current unrestricted licensure to practice as an RN in the state required.
• Minimum: Bachelors / Associates degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must have broad knowledge of home health agency regulatory requirements and administration, excellent proactive leadership skills, strong verbal/written communication, and interpersonal skills
• A minimum of eight years clinical experience including two years in home care environment generally preferred.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting in San Jose, California. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$122,700 - $168,900 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
