NMCI Medical Clinic is a multidisciplinary center with decades of experience in providing care for patients all throughout Northern California. We are looking for a results oriented, energetic and friendly Clinic Liaison / Marketing Specialist to develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources in the community and to promote our Company. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to build lasting relationships.

In this role, you will:

· Be responsible for business development with attorneys/ physicians to increase the number of referrals to the clinics.

· Make routine cold calls on new leads. Meet with and educate prospects about NMCI Medical Clinic services.

• Lead marketing initiatives by developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities including, but not limited to creating promotional materials, planning educational and speaker programs, scheduling lunches with referral sources, participate in community events, local and industry trade shows.
• Serve as the Clinic Liaison to maintain on-going relationships, uncover needs, concerns and continually gauge client satisfaction.
• Identify and research potential areas of growth and improvement. Execute plans to address and resolve issues.
• Work across departments and with various department personnel to complete tasks and resolve issues.
• Provide supervision for marketing team.
• Report on activity level and outcomes of activities and initiatives on a regular basis focusing on volume growth and problem resolution.
• Routinely meet with management to provide feedback received from customers and market information.
• Be a professional representation of the company, its services and value proposition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years sales experience required, preferably in healthcare or workers compensation organization. Experience in Pain management/ Spine and Attorney liaison relations is a plus.
• Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to effectively solve problems and drive results.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and continually improve processes.
• Highly effective organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 50% within northern California
• Must have own car and valid driver’s license for frequent meetings to clients in SF Bay Area and surrounding cities.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
