Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates must meet all employment qualifications in force at the time of hiring, including successful passing of all pre-employment examinations and background checks.

- 10 years of company sales experience with a focus on Print & Ad Specialties / Promotional Products Sales.
- Sales and Marketing experience in the Digital & Flexographic printing field STRONGLY recommended.
General Duties and Responsibilities
(This is a representative list of the general duties the Sales Representative may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive.)
- Relationship building, providing customer service, including understanding customer and prospect needs, and being able to satisfy those needs with or without assistance from other associates.
- Interact with sales manager to develop and review sales strategies for named accounts and prospects.
- Interact with sales manager and customer service to ensure proper fulfillment of corporate orders.
- Achieve retention and penetration revenue targets in existing named accounts.
- Achieve new account revenue targets based on named account prospects.
- Manage and expand a named account and prospect list.
- Block out time weekly for prospecting
- Perform all other duties as needed or requested.
Time Allocation (estimated weekly proportions)
Sales representatives can expect to be out of the office, making calls to customers several times per week. The remaining times should be devoted to obtaining orders and promoting the company’s products, as an adjunct to direct customer solicitation. Compensation is contingent on successful sales.
Minimum Attributes Required to Perform the Essential Functions of the Position
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and associates.
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
- Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to function under substantial time pressures, and to perform under the demands set by the company for sales performance and profitability.
- Maintain regular attendance at work.
- Ability to effectively provide sales growth without supervision.
- Ability to sell Print & Ad Specialties / Promotional Products.
