Outside Sales Representatives

If you are an experienced sales rep looking for a company with a great reputation in the community and industry or looking for a new career in a growing market, then come check us out.

We are one of the most respected and fastest growing home improvement companies in California and Texas and we are looking for 2 recruits to join the team. We offer full training for the job and have an experience turning out the highest paid reps in the industry.

We have a marketing department that supports our sales team with leads day in and day out 365 days a year....without fail.

-2 to 3 selling opportunities every day of the week (No slow seasons)

- Unlimited earning potential

- Competitive commission plan

-Average commission is 11% and up to 20%

-Weekly spiffs

-Monthly bonuses

-Good and consistent commissions

-Average rep makes about $120k a year and top reps $200-$300k

-We will train

-Bilingual is a plus!

Pay: $130,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
