Summary Description
The PR, Social & Content Sr. Account Executive is an integral position within the agency. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of full-time experience, is a social media strategist powerhouse and has a true passion for brand storytelling through social media, branded content, blogs and beyond.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Social Media Expertise: Shape and execute social media marketing that is integrated into a full brand marketing plan
• Content Marketing Expertise: Execute marketing communications strategy and apply this understanding to client planning and execution
• Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, strengthening the trust and confident in Hiebing
• Champion smart, strong creative while rigorously representing the target and the client’s business at all phases of the work
• Manage teams that engage target audiences, respond to customer service issues and garner user generated content
• Stay current on new social media platforms, tools, best practices and how organizations are using them, so that the agency can make informed recommendations to clients
• Participate in social media strategy and content marketing planning, partnering within the department, with media to develop amplification plans and with other agency departments to ensure integration and excellence
• Collaborate effectively as a team member within the Public Relations, Social Media and Content department and with other agency teams and associates
• Guide and train Account Executive and Account Coordinator teammates, as applicable

Job Qualifications

• The successful candidate should possess at least five years of social media experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and ability to thrive under pressure
• The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, curiosity, integrity and a We Before Me philosophy
• Ability to articulate and understand the emotional context and motivations of varying target markets to create true brand devotion
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including strong presentation skills
• Ability to work hybrid in an open-office environment
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
