As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you will play an integral part in driving sales, managing retail relationships, and inspiring employees to reach their full sales potential!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise sales teams across assigned retail territories, motivating and guiding them to achieve targets while fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.
• Drive sales growth by implementing effective strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring consistent achievement of sales objectives.
• Actively participate in on-site sales activities, demonstrating exemplary sales techniques and providing hands-on support to team members, setting a standard for excellence.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of sales training programs, equipping sales associates with the necessary skills and product knowledge to enhance their sales effectiveness.
• Maintain a strong focus on achieving personal sales targets, serving as a role model for the sales team, and demonstrating a relentless commitment to exceeding customer expectations through exceptional salesmanship.

Base compensation is broken down into an hourly pay, paid weekly, with opportunities for additional bonuses and commissions. Range listed ($800-$1200) is based on average performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Issaquah, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:
