Key Responsibilities:

• Memorize and deliver sales scripts with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to address customer queries effectively.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and benefits to potential customers.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, fostering a positive customer experience.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
• Maintain a professional image and uphold our brand values at all times.
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
• Handle territory canvassing to create more sales for the company with residential meetings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
• Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and memorize sales scripts and product details.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Availability to work on a full-time schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with customers.
• Impeccable professional image and demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $675.00 - $1,000.00 per week
