Our Staffing Company continuous growth has created an opening for an outside Sales Consultant in the Miami Metro area. We are a full-service staffing company that specializes in providing high quality and dependable employees to Employers in the Miami Metro Area for all industry sectors.

The Sales Consultant develops and maintains new staffing business in a fast-paced business environment.

Main Responsibilities:

- Sell Staffing Services through effective phone calls, networking, referrals, and in-person visits, which foster a consultative relationship and increased business with the client
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of prospects.
- Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential customers; scheduling appointments.
- Make several telephone sales calls (telemarketing calls) and conduct in-person meetings with clients, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
- Negotiate bill rates and conversion fees with clients. Spend most of your time on the phone identifying prospective clients, developing relationships, scheduling client visits. The rest of the time will be spent face-to-face in prospect/client visits.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections.

Qualifications:

- Has the type of personality where they can easily strike up a conversation with anyone and feel comfortable doing so. Capable and comfortable in making business cold calls, door to door selling to all types of businesses on a daily basis.
- Is extremely organized and able to self-manage and be self-disciplined
- Professional image and an upbeat and enthusiastic phone voice.
- Friendly & Energetic personality (Can-do & positive attitude)
- Retail or brand ambassador experience is a plus but not required

- Bilingual

As a member of our team, you will receive a base salary between $24 & $28 per hour (depending on experience) plus unlimited weekly commissions based on your billing per week (best in the business). No territories or caps on commissions. For immediate consideration, please send us your resume.
