Job Description:

As our Sales Support Administrator, your primary role will be to provide essential support to our sales team by handling administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on closing deals and building relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

Answering customer inquiries via phone and email, providing high-quality service and information about our roofing services.

Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer any additional questions or concerns they may have post-service.

Scheduling and organizing meetings for our sales reps, ensuring a seamless flow of the sales process.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM, following through with any tasks or actions required.

Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

Handling any necessary paperwork related to sales processes.

Working closely with the sales team to identify and solve problems, enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

Exceptional organization skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.

Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.

Strong team player with a can-do attitude, ready to support your colleagues and go the extra mile.

High level of integrity, handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role would be advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
