TruFusion Ballard is reimagining the group fitness experience- offering 4 different studios in a 10,000+ square foot state of the art facility. From Yoga to Pilates, Barre to Bootcamp, we have it all!

Role: Customer Service, Sales- unlimited earning potential

TruFusion is a national group fitness & yoga brand, revolutionizing the industry. Our studios have both heated & unheated rooms offering a variety of group fitness classes including bootcamps, pilates, barre, boxing, kettlebells, TRX, HIIT, and all types of yoga.

We are expanding our team in Ballard and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our superstar sales team. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of sales, that are great team players and willing to go the extra mile! As a Wellness Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for members; ensuring a great experience from the moment they walk in the door.

Specific duties include:

-checking members in for classes

-selling new memberships; providing studio tours

-maintaining retail shelves and visual standards

-overall studio cleanliness

-assist studio technicians with housekeeping- cleaning studios between classes, laundry

-We have several immediate openings, from full-time to part-time, with hours varying between 530am to 930pm. Evening and weekends are a priority. Typical schedule is 330pm-9pm Monday-Friday and 8am-230pm Saturday/Sunday. Must be available at least 3 days per week, priority given to applicants who have open availability and want full-time hours.

-Unlimited earning potential, earn commission on all sales! All team members receive a discount on retail items as well as a complimentary studio membership for unlimited classes. Full-time team members may be eligible for medical/dental benefits as well as paid time off.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
