Duties:

- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Assist with VPN setup and troubleshooting for remote employees
- Perform software troubleshooting and provide guidance on operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS
- Collaborate with the help desk team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets and resolutions
- Assist with firewall configurations and network connectivity troubleshooting

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain calm and patient in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in desktop support and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as hardware, operating systems, and network connectivity
- Knowledge of Mac OS is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $19.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
