KRK Management, LLC / Real Estate Solutions of Alaska is currently recruiting for a Property Manager/Leasing Agent. Applicants must be organized, reliable and able to work independently. Prior property management experience and real estate license a plus!

Duties:

- Answering phone calls and emails from prospective tenants and providing information about available properties
- Conducting property tours for potential renters and highlighting the features and amenities of each unit
- Assisting applicants with the leasing process, including completing rental applications and collecting necessary documentation
- Preparing lease agreements and ensuring all required documents are properly filed
- Coordinating move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Assisting with property maintenance requests and coordinating repairs with maintenance staff
- Utilizing a computerized property management system to track and manage work orders
- Soliciting new clients and maintaining existing clients

Experience:
- Alaska Real Estate License preferred or ability to obtain license within three months of hire
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus
- Familiarity with facilities management and property maintenance process

Compensation & Benefits:

· Hourly wage + commission for licensed individuals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
