Duties and Responsibilities

• Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
• Inspect problem roofs, gutters, siding, and fascia to determine the best repair procedures.
• Start all jobs by meeting with the homeowner.
• Work with the Sales Team to help accurately estimate materials and labor required to complete roofing jobs.
• Look for any other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, windows, etc.
• Pick up or order all materials for jobs.
• Perform quality control on all jobs.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Fill out all sub pay worksheets.
• Prepare and collect invoices.
• Do a final walk through with the homeowner and subcontractor.
• Collect on all jobs no later than 14 days after job is complete.
• Be on call for after-hours emergency calls, IF on rotation.
• This position is required to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month, as needed, March through November.

Qualifications

• Prior experience meeting with clients and prospects, face-to-face.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Customer service focus and diligent mindset.
• 1-2 years Previous experience working with masonry repairs, Gutters, Interiors/Exteriors etc.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• 1-2 Years of industry experience managing staff.
